Episode 29 | Ramadan series | Half moon
This is an special episode , I am helping all Muslims around the world to get some ideas, what to prepare for Iftaar Time for in the month of Ramadan . For these delicious Half Moon, I should thank a dear friend of mine, Shaheen, from whom I got this recipe.. Half-moon is a very well known Snack in Mauritius.. These are nice appetizers in the shape of a half-moon. They're crispy outside with a creamy chicken filling. It takes a while to make the whole batch but they last a long time as they are frozen and you fry or bake as many as are needed.
